apptbook.png Appointments

While walkins are welcome during regular business hours, in order to minimize your wait time it is best to call ahead at 479-754-9090 for an appointment for your pet.  Our receptionist and pet care team will try to accommodate all requests to the best of their ability.  If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is still best to let us know you are on your way so that we can prepare for your particular emergency.

Tri-County Veterinary Services closes in observance of the following holidays

  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Any pets seen on those days will be on an emergency basis only.

Service Calls

We offer service calls for routine horse care.  If you have a sick or lame horse that needs attending, it is best if you can bring him or her to the clinic - we are able to much more effectively examine, diagnose and treat here where we have our supplies and equipment close to hand.

At the discretion of the attending veterinarian, we will occasionally perform housecalls for dogs and cats.  This is a rare occurrence, and reserved for times when there are absolutely no other options.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty during business hours 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several team members working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

If you have an emergency outside of regular business hours, calling the clinic number at 479-754-9090 will give you the phone number of the veterinarian who is on call.

Payments

Tri-County Veterinary Services accepts payment via cash, check, debit, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
